Owner of Aligned Health & Lifestyle and a Nutrition and Well-being Coach in Karratha, Pilbara. Originally from Slovakia, I bring years of experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for empowering people to live joyful, balanced lives through nutrition.

My journey into health coaching began during the pandemic, inspired by my background in food and personal growth. As a competitive bodybuilder, I use the discipline and mindset I’ve developed to guide my clients with the belief that “Food is medicine” and that the body is always working for us, not against us.
