Hi! I’m the owner of Aligned Health & Lifestyle and a Nutrition and Well-being Coach in Karratha, Pilbara. Originally from Slovakia, I bring years of experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for empowering people to live joyful, balanced lives through nutrition.

My journey into health coaching began during the pandemic, inspired by my background in food and personal growth. As a competitive bodybuilder, I use the discipline and mindset I’ve developed to guide my clients with the belief that “Food is medicine” and that the body is always working for us, not against us.

I’m dedicated to making a positive impact, from running community workshops to supporting teens with body image challenges. My goal is to inspire and uplift, leaving you feeling empowered and truly cared for.
