Hi I’m Anna,
The proud owner of Aligned Health & Lifestyle and a dedicated Nutrition and Well-being Coach based in the Pilbara region of Karratha. Originally from Slovakia, I grew up on a farm with two brothers and two sisters, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature, food, and community.
My journey into health coaching has been shaped by a lifetime of experiences—from the hospitality industry, where I spent over a decade working in top restaurants and alongside renowned chefs, to my work in Swiss greenhouses and on French river cruises. These roles taught me the importance of food from seed to table and gave me a rich understanding of nourishment as a source of health, joy, and connection.
When the pandemic hit, I felt an undeniable call to make a change. My career pivoted from hospitality to health and well-being, fueled by my own journey of self-discovery through meditation, journaling, and personal growth. Now, as a coach, I’m passionate about helping others find balance, joy, and a healthier relationship with food.
My programs at Aligned Health & Lifestyle—like The Thriving Women’s Project, Personal Nutrition and Coaching Programs, and 30 Days of Mindful Eating—are built around this philosophy.
Through The Thriving Women’s Project, a six-month coaching experience, I empower busy and working mums to transform fatigue and frustration into a healthy, balanced lifestyle. As a woman, balancing work, family, and personal wellness can feel overwhelming, which is why I designed this program to fit into even the busiest schedules. I offer practical tools, personalised meal plans, and mindset coaching to help woman prioritise their health while meeting the demands of their families and careers. My aim is to make wellness achievable and sustainable, giving busy woman the support they need to thrive.
I also understand the unique challenges that come with shift work, as I’ve juggled those unpredictable hours myself. This empathy fuels my wellness workshops, designed to help shift workers and other professionals build healthy routines that enhance both their productivity and personal well-being.
I collaborate with organisations to run workshops that improve the overall wellness of the workforce, offering insights on nutrition, stress management, and simple self-care practices that make a difference. These sessions aim to create a healthier, more balanced work environment where employees feel supported in their well-being.
My Nutrition and Coaching Programs combine one-on-one guidance with tailored meal plans and mindset work, equipping clients with the tools they need to thrive. I believe that food is medicine, and I guide my clients to nourish their bodies with intention and awareness. My approach to coaching is about finding the unique balance that works for each person, meeting them wherever they are on their journey.
Meanwhile, my 30 Days of Mindful Eating course provides a foundational reset in the way clients relate to food. With daily practices and a 30-day workbook, I help participants cultivate mindfulness, enjoy their meals, and break free from restrictive diets. This course is about bringing joy back to eating and establishing a positive, compassionate relationship with food.
As a competitive bodybuilder, I’ve learned first-hand the power of discipline and mindset, lessons I use to inspire my clients to reach their potential. I bring that same dedication to my community work, offering workshops and collaborations with organisations to promote holistic health solutions.
