Meet Anna
I’m Anna Jarvie, the proud owner of Aligned Health & Lifestyle and a dedicated Nutrition and Well-being Coach based in the vibrant Pilbara region of Karratha. Originally from Slovakia, my journey is deeply rooted in a love for food, wellness, and the great outdoors. Growing up on a farm with two brothers and two sisters, I developed a deep appreciation for nature and community.
My professional path took a transformative turn during the pandemic. After a successful 12-year career in hospitality—working in top restaurants and alongside some of the best chefs—I realised it was time to pursue my passion for health and nutrition.
My experiences in hospitality, growing produce in Swiss greenhouses, and working on river cruises in France enriched my understanding of food from seed to table. These experiences, combined with my journey of self-discovery through meditation, journaling, and personal development, inspired me to start my business, which empowers people to lead joyful, balanced lives through nutrition and well-being.
Over the past three years, I’ve been a competitive bodybuilder, using the discipline and mental strength I’ve developed to inspire and coach others. I believe wholeheartedly that “Food is medicine,” and my approach prioritises prevention over medication. I guide my clients with the philosophy that their bodies work for them, not against them.
I’m passionate about giving back to the community and have conducted impactful workshops, including collaborations with Rio Tinto and Pilbara Cosmetic and Wellness, to bring clinical and functional health solutions together. Supporting people in need, especially teens dealing with body image and social media pressures, is something I deeply care about.
My ultimate dream is to build a business that allows me to work from anywhere, retire my husband so he can join me full-time, and continue my mission of inspiring others to prioritise their health.
I hope to be remembered not for my achievements but for how I make people feel—empowered, inspired, and truly cared for.
